Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
